American Youth Policy Forum (AYPF) is seeking a Program Assistant to join
our non-profit team dedicated to providing learning events to youth
Program Assistant works on tasks related to AYPF lunchtime forums and field
trips, supporting senior staff in organizing lists of invitees, emailing
letters of invitation, posting event information on the website, tracking
attendance and maintaining participant lists, organizing logistics for
meetings and travel, and collecting and reporting on event feedback. In
this position, you will help maintain, update, and manage our Microsoft
Access database of individuals who attend AYPF events and purchase our
publications. This position interacts with a large number of individuals and
organizations, both on Capitol Hill and in Washington, DC,
so candidates must be able to demonstrate that they can communicate
clearly and be detail oriented.
